Workout routines

Workout routines fall into several categories depending on purpose and your individual goal. Below I will list several different kinds of workout routines as well as point you to a page on the site where you will be able to take a look at that workout and print it off for free and for your own use.

Free workout routines are obviously the most popular and I hope to fill that need by supplying you with a wide variety of programs and workouts that will grow over time. The reason that these free workout routines are here is because this site is a pastime for me and I make my living by personal training and sales of my fitness program book FAT TO FIT. So enjoy all the free stuff. Before you go off looking for an incredible program that will be the answers to all your prayers, take an honest look at the 3day workout routine. This system has changed more bodies and lives than any other program in the world..and its free.

Workout routines schedules usually fall into the way the workout is split up. For example a typical intermediate workout routine schedule is the upper/lower body workout done 4 days a week. The first workout routine is for the upper body and the second is the lower body done usually the very next day. On a larger scale routine schedules can evolve over months. For example month one being for adaptation, month two's schedule for power and size and month three's workout schedules being for hypertrophy or muscular size.

Free ab workout routines are another popular one on this site. I have a section dedicated purely to a few of the best ab workout routines that my clients and I have done that have produced great results. You will notice that while there are a few neat ideas here and there, the cornerstone of all these great programs is simplicity and honest hard effort.

Workout routines for toning are a bit of a unicorn. What I mean is that while speed and intensity can affect the outcome or results obtained by a workout, there is no specific workout that will tone your muscles more than another. Toning is a result of muscle gain and fat lost. So what you will see in the workout routines for toning section are a bunch of intense fast paced workout that will build muscles while burning off unwanted body fat.
