They both require that you lose fat. Losing fat requires that you burn more calories on a daily basis than you consume.

Does anyone know if that Tony Horton 10Minute Trainer thing is any good? Sorry I just can’t get to the gym as much as I’d like and am wondering if this program is any good at all
