Training With An Injured Ankle

injured ankle workoutHow do you keep from getting fat and losing all your results when you bust your ankle? I mean, you can’t do cardio, so how do you keep from ballooning up?

I just ran into this with a recent FasterLeanerStronger.com member and came up with the perfect solution to a situation that would otherwise, have caused a lot of frustration and lost results for my member Wayne.

If you are new to the newsletter then you have already been given the chance to download my $7 workout program titled “JumpStart”. If you’re a long time reader you can check it out here because you will never have seen it because it is a new addition.

At any rate, the $7 Jump Start workout has been so popular that I wanted to keep doing it on a semi regular basis as unique situations present themselves to my clients. After all they’re affordable for you, they work and they are fun to do.

injured man ankleA word of warning: This is not a functional workout. This workout will only make you look good by burning fat and toning up your muscles. Doesn’t matter if you have a busted ankle or not actually. It’s just a great all round program.

If you have an injury from the ankle down and have access to a gym, then this routine, training technique and diet planning method will keep you in shape. Actually, if I was a betting man… I’d put money on the fact that you’d probably end up looking better.

P.S. Hey! That’s twice as much as the $7 workout! I know…When I started building the routine I wanted to make it seven bucks but it turned out twice as good as the first one. The routine is satisfaction guaranteed and you can access everything online as long as you have an internet connection.

P.S.S. I will be raising the price on this program after the initial rush of orders from this first release. You’ll know why once you see everything that I’ve included in the program.

  1. Mr Ankle says:

There are so many cardio workouts you can do without putting pressure on your ankle. These include pressups, core twists, sit-ups, shoulder presses, shoulder “flys” and many more..think of a gym workout just with no weights!
