Thighs Hips And Stomach

Hi my name is (Can’t Tell) and I’ve just read your page about exercising after a c section.

I’m 23 and I’ve had 3 kids the last was 6 months ago. I haven’t had a c section but need a lot of help strengthening my abs and a whole lot of other help as well.

Before I had kids I was anorexic and therefore I have suffered from a lot of muscle wastage. Whenever I have lost weight again I have tended to reduce my calorie intake dramatically so I presume that hasn’t helped. Although I have a BMI of 21 and weigh a healthy 125 lbs I have a body fat percentage of 30 so I guess I still have very little muscle where I should have. I was wondering if you could suggest any muscle building and fat reducing exercises for the thighs hips and stomach.

I’ve got to the point where I just don’t know if it’s possible to feel good about my body anymore and want to know the best way to get everything tightened up again. Preferably quickly I’m rather impatient with myself.
