Question about strength imbalance between left and right sides:
In doing dumbbell rows, I am discovering that my left side is stronger than the right side (I find this to be strange as I am right handed).
Do I need to do anything other than just continuing to do DB rows in order to get the right and left sides balanced in strength?

You know, sometimes it balances itself out over time and sometimes it will just stay like that for years and you come to expect it. Depends on the exercise too. It gets worse if you use machines. Don’t do anything differant and your body will naturally start to close the strength gap between the two sides. Just hit failure, wherever that is for both sides and let nature take care of the rest.
