Silly Video – Bodyweight Training And The Woods

Soooo, in the last video before Jeff and I went into the woods, I told you I couldn’t wait until monday ’cause something really cool was going to happen. If you were part of that… awesome. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, that’s cool too because now new cool stuff is happening now :-)

A WORD OF WARNING

The following video is a bit of Jeff and I in the woods and a bit of bodyweight boot camp training. DO NOT WATCH if you are offended by redneck language and silliness. Everything we shot on video was spur of the moment and I thought you folks would enjoy it… well, some of you :-)

Guess What I’ve Learned?:

1) A lot of people say they have tried just about every workout and nothing works.
2) A lot of people say that training isn’t ‘fun’.
3) The people in both numbers one and two haven’t been training correctly…

If I could snap my fingers and make your wildest dreams for you body come true. What would happen to you?
If you could eliminate the biggest problem, what would you have go away or change?

I’m deadly serious here. You need to know what your biggest dream for you body is and what the biggest problem is that is keeping from you. Then you can make an attack.

I’ll let you in on a secret. I want to know because I’m going to put my head down for the next month, hermit myself away, reshuffle some of my best methods and secret squirrel tricks and then make sure you can use everything I come up with…. in your own home.

No leaving your home to workout. No equipment to buy. NADA. NOTHING.

All I need is to know how to tweak it to deliver the most devastating blow to your biggest problem and smooth out the easiest route to what it is you’re trying to achieve.

So I’m asking you here in the comments below… so I can answer….
1) If I could snap my fingers and make your biggest training goal happen. What would it be?
2) If I was the genie in the lamp and could eliminate your biggest problem, what is that obstacle?

After I got back from this trip in the video I got an email from a friend/client of mine ‘steve’ that had a ton of questions about training (mostly bodyweight training and workout stuff) in it. I thought this would be a great chance to answer some questions about bodyweight training for him and if I recorded it then I could share it with you as well.

    You could tell me how to eat and train while traveling so I could stay in shape and not lose it all because of work.

    Sure that would be the fat around my knees…the reason i do not wear skirts so often..i hate my knees!!i know it’s stupid but that’s my biggest training goal!

    Holy crap, Ray,

    Intense workouts! That looks like it would have been absolutely wicked. Loved the rdeneck “cannage” by the way and super glad I wasn’t sharing a tent with you guys that night. A musical adventure in the woods, I’m sure. Gotta get me some of that Silent Sam protein powder. :)

    Man calls a company and orders their 5-day, 10 lb.
    weight loss program. The next day, there’s a knock on the door and
    there stands
    before him a voluptuous, athletic, 19 year old babe dressed in nothing
    but a
    pair of Nike running shoes and a sign around her neck.

    She introduces herself as a representative of the weight loss company.

    The sign reads, “If you can catch me, you can have me.”

    Without a second thought, he takes off after her.

    A few miles later huffing and puffing, he finally gives up.

    The same girl shows up for the next four days and the same thing
    happens..

    On the fifth day, he weighs himself and is delighted to
    find he has lost 10 lbs. as promised.

    He calls the company and orders their 5-day/20 pound program.

    The next day there’s a knock at the door and there stands the most
    stunning and
    beautiful woman he has ever seen in his life.

    She is wearing nothing but Reebok running shoes and a sign around her
    neck that
    reads, “If you catch me you can have me.”

    Well, he’s out the door after her like a shot.

    This girl is in excellent shape and he does his best, but no such luck.

    So for the next four days, the same routine happens with him gradually
    getting
    in better and better shape.

    Much to his delight on the fifth day when he weighs himself, he
    discovers that
    he has lost another 20 lbs. as promised.

    He decides to go for broke and calls the company to order the 7-day/50
    pound
    program.

    “Are you sure?” asks the representative on the phone. “This is
    our most rigorous program.”

    “Absolutely,” he replies, “I haven’t felt this good in
    years.”

    The next day there’s a knock at the door; and when he opens it he finds
    a huge
    muscular guy standing there wearing nothing but pink running shoes and
    a sign
    around his neck that reads,”If I catch you, you are mine!!!”

    He lost 63 pounds that week.

    thankyou for infor i do not need to loose waight just like looking at cardio warm ups for mma i teach mixed classes i am a second degree black belt in ishinru karate ,female i love your work out and like tips on how to train better for my groups thankyou iolanda
