can you combine your workout with another less difficult workout?

  3. Ray Burton says:

Yes you can combine my workout with another less difficult one. Why would you do that though unless you were trying to improve a specific skill?

Personally, I do it all the time combining my weight training, gymnastics stuff and MMA conditioning. You really have to watch your recovery though.

I have been using the Winning Body Building book, written by Franco Columbu (c. 1977) for many years. With the research that has gone into this sport and the advancement of kinseology it is great to have dicovered your site & have access to newer routines and excerises. variety is the spice of life in & out of the weight room for sure.
I still refer to Mr. Colubus book once in a while as I guess some excercises are old standards that still work well today.

    Hi Ray
I recently finished my treatment for breast cancer and have very little energy. I was over weight to begin with but now am so blown up from all the chemo. I am still on medication. what do you suggest i do? what diet is the best for me? My left arm is still very stiff from the operation and the lymph nodes were removed so it will take some time for the arm to get back to normal. Here in South Africa the doctors tell me to eat every thing but i am so afraid to touch meat because i have heard that red meat encourages cancer to grow. I eat lots of vegies and fruit. Red meat only once a week and am allergic to eggs, pork and chicken. I do take vitamins but my energy level is very low. PLEASE ADVISE ME.
    many thanks
    Eleonora
