RAY
BURTON is one of the few people who wakes up in the morning and knows
that they are doing the job they were meant to. When other boys were climbing
trees, he was doing chin-ups. This pleasure in his job allows Ray to bring
personal, highly
effective training and lifestyle management to all of the people under
his care. With proper training, motivation, nutrition and desire, there are
no limits to what can be accomplished with the human mind and body. Ray is
a great example. Here is what he’s been up to;
· First Place, Southern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships, Light Heavyweight.

· Two Awards from Canadian Military for most physically fit infantryman.
· First Place Military Skills competition.
· Competed in the Nova Scotia Bodybuilding championships.

Completing his certification through the International Sports Science Association
as a Certified Personal Trainer has allowed Ray Burton to
train his clients in one of the most advanced fitness systems, periodized
training. Taking his clients through several different stages all geared to
achieving optimum results in fat loss, muscles gain, and strength allowing
for a non-stagnant and exciting path to ultimate fitness.
Using his training to great effect during the supervision of daily physical
training for the Canadian Military has lead Ray Burton to a disciplined, “efforts
equals results” kind of motivation for his personal training clients. And
it works! Ray can be seen joking with his clients between sets, but once its
time to work…the fun is over. Doing the most productive exercises to cause
changes in your core and stabilizer muscles can be hard work. The investment
