NYC bodyweight workout video

bodyweight OAC chinsI don’t know what happened when I got home from New York but I sure didn’t feel like doing much of anything except boot camp. I think the electricity of NYC burnt me out! Now that I’ve messed around a little and shot my bow a bit, took trip to Edmonton to visit a bow builder with my buddy Jeff…. I’m all fired up again.

SOOOOO…

Great news. I just finished editing the New York workout where we did the bar jam in the park. I’ve got all the sets and reps added to the video so you totally understand everything about that workout.nI’m uploading it as we speak.

I’ve also added that extra bodyweight program to the overall cycle of the three month bodyweight workout you can do at home or in the park with no equipment. So now you REALLY wont get bored with the program.

bodyweight dipsIt might sound like an overwhelming amount of information but it’s all laid out in an easy to follow format in the manual itself.

I’ve also just finished putting my favorite fat burning foods with all their caloric totals, fat grams, carbs and protein into the program so you can use it along with the instructional video. This is all together with the home bodyfat testing program and nutrition planner. Pretty cool beans.

Just thought I would keep y’all in the loop! About another week I figure and it’ll be all done and ready for you raving maniacs :-)
