To effectively burn fat or build muscle fast there are some cornerstones of rock solid advice that you must know about. The four pillars of a proven fitness program include:

Cardio burns calories, so this helps you achieve weight loss by creating a calorie deficit. Once you have a negative calorie count, you will be burning fat so your muscles can show.
Did you know that one simple change in your daily cardio routine can increase how fast you burn fat by 300%?
Do it in the morning. You know what will increase your fat burning by infinite? Doing it as opposed to sitting on the couch.
#2. Resistance Training
Resistance training burns calories while you are doing it, but it also helps you burn fat by increasing your metabolism ALL DAY LONG.
Resistance training also builds your muscles, so that once you burn all that fat, you have some shape to it instead of looking sick and thin.
You must learn about sets, reps, rest periods and compound exercises. Once you learn these tools of getting in shape, you’ll save years of wasted effort!
#3. Nutrition.
Counting calories helps you build muscle OR burn fat, done right it can do both. Because you only take in the calories you need to stay ripped or add more in to put on muscle.
Simply eating right and making proper nutrition a lifestyle, is much easier to maintain. A natural fitness program does not include diet pills, prescriptions or any other dangerous methods that will not produce safe lasting results. You want results that are safe, healthy and stay for life.
#4. Motivation!

Your success on any body transformation exercise program depends on keeping the motivation revved up. Being a personal trainer and weight loss coach, it’s my job to keep you motivated. You will start to crave and actually savor your daily workouts when you see results! And that’s what we are after. Remember, success leads to success.

Everybody CAN get better! REALLY!
Starting an effective body transformation program can change lives.
The best way to get someone on track to getting and then staying in shape after the program is completed is a three step process.
It works like this. First you get your body ready so you can keep training without layoffs. During this phase you will still be burning fat and shaping your body, but the goal is to get yourself ready for the stresses to come.
Cardio is there but fairly easy for now.
In the second phase of a body transformation it is time to develop some strength. The body needs to be strong. Why? The human body is funny. The only way the body will develop and get shapely is through constant and steady increases in the resistance applied to it. Yes, the ladies too.
Cardio in this phase is ramped up and your shirt should change color by the time you are done!
The third phase for those that want to get in wicked shape fast is the best. You will be ready to take a lea from the progress you have already made into the real results zone.
The training gets more intense and more detailed, the results come faster and your body changes dramatically. The cardio gets bumped up and you’re burning fat off those problem areas and adding clay like a sculptor to the parts that are lagging behind.
When you start a body transformation you the answers to questions like “Where should I
start?” ” What should I eat?” and “How much cardio is correct?”
This way none of the basics of your workout routine will be missing. If you know how to do it and you actually do it, your body will become a work of art and it doesn’t take forever. A common response I get to statements like that are “Yah, but nothing has worked for me before!”
The answer is always the same, “You were doing it wrong or you weren’t doing it at all”.
