Free workout routines
Here is a list of free workout routines that I have developed from training with my personal training clients and are some of my favourite that I pull out of the hat for differant purposes.

free
toning workout routine
The 3day
workout routine is where you should spend most of your time. If you want
a year round workout routine that will leave you with free time but still
keep you in awesome shape this is it. There are many variations and rep schemes
for the 3 day. This one is more for the beginner.

acceleration training workout routine
Free
no cardio workout routine. This bad boy is one of the sickest workouts
I have ever done. Its not so bad when you first start on it, but once you
find your top end weights after a couple of workouts, its brutal.

ultimate workout routine. This workout is all inclusive and is one of
my babies. I love it. It will keep you busy for a long time!

Hardgainer workout. When you have a hard time putting on muscle, this
is the style of workout you need. Hard, heavy and fast...then go home and
grow.

ab workout routines
Another great routine I did for a client a while ago can be found here at Tims mass workout. This is a great program for a guy in his mid fortys who would like to put on some muscle but not spend thier lives in the gym.
If you workout at home then you will be limited with equipment. I call this one the home dumbell workout routine.
