How often should I meet with a personal trainer?
This still depend upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule , and your budget.
On average, most clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week. Some people can get away with less if they are very disaplined and can keep themselves on track.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you'll meet with your trainer...
1. how fast do you want to achieve your goal and see results?
2. how much experience with exercise you have and how much you know. You may need to learn from scratch or just want to learn something new!
Most clients we work with start out meeting with their personal trainer 3 times per week and then will gradually decrease the frequency as they progress ,learn more, and feel more comfortable and confident on their own.
