Fitness Boot Camps Rock

bootcampThe coolest thing in fitness these days is boot camps. Every day my office phone rings and people ask me when the next boot camp is running. As an example of how fun boot camp can be, take a look at my old army buddy ‘Capo’ over on the left there. He’s just digging it. (Actually, we were both close to snapping into insanity at that point in our training but humor prevailed.)

The economic recession has had absolutely no effect on people losing weight that’s for sure.

As a matter of fact, if anything, business is better. I think that when the economy goes to crap, people realize that one of the few things that IS IN THIER CONTROL is their health. At least your health is one investment you know you’ll get an awesome return on.

Here in Calgary alone there has to be at least 4 different companies running boot camps. It’s starting to look like this is a trend that isn’t going away! After all, boot camps inside are fun and when summer hits, the outdoor evening workouts are a blast. You get to chill with good people and make a living while you’re at it.

Which brings me to this. Running a boot camp involves some work. Well, some work if you want some business. A lot of work if you want a lot of business. (By the way, if you are reading this and need a job as a boot camp instructor, please contact me with your info and certifications). I needed to come up with a system that I could use repeatedly. A business system for running and marketing a boot camp. Not only that, I wanted everything laid out for my instructors so that I could say, “Look here are the videos of the exercises and the workouts and Number 3 workout is the workout I want you to run the troops through today.” Now go and get it done.

If you want to see the system I use that has all the workouts, marketing, forms and everything you need to have to get your own boot camp going, then check this out.

P.S. I know, I thought the same thing. Here is the question that probably popped into your mind. “Why the heck are you giving away your business plan? You’re going to get burned.” I have to admit that I did go into that head space for a minute. Then I realized, I have my own unique style that I do with my clients here in Calgary and wherever you are, you’ll develop your own following as well. So if I can help you out at all then it’s cool beans for everyone.

I’d like to hear about your success and if you would like to work with me doing fitness boot camps in Calgary, get in touch.

I almost forgot that all the marketing materials that come with the bootcamp kit are personalized for your business. Can’t believe I almost didn’t mention that!
