Just recently did a photo shoot and video for the Calgary Herald and a really cool boot camp workout video came out the other end.
I had no idea when I woke up this morning that I’d end up on the front cover of the Calgary Herald until I got a call from my friend, “Dude! Your on the front cover of the Herald!” Sweet ![]()
At any rate here is one of my favorite Calgary Boot Camp Workouts.
HSPUS (Handstand Pushups or regular pushups) x 5
Chin ups (or horizontal rows) x 10
Pistols (1 leg squats or regular squats) x 15
Do one set of each for each minute for 20 minutes or until the clock beats you. If you finish before the minute is up you can lay back, grab a cup of coffee and rest for the remaining time.

Summer In Calgary Evokes Three Images: Floating down the river, relaxing on patios and sweating in boot camps.
Seriously, if you haven’t noticed boot campers running up stairs, pounding out pushups and lunging across fields in recent weeks, you’ve been living under a rock.
(You can come out now, trepidatious Calgarians– the weather is getting better. Apparently.)
Boot camps are great–they offer structured and regular workouts, they get you outside and, most of all, they’re fantastic for the bod. Some even include nutritional seminars, motivational talks and fitness assessments before and after the session. Read the rest of the story here

Great video! Keep em coming!
Thanks Georgette. Your program is a great asset to anyone starting their own boot camps and I highly recommend it. You can check out Georgette’s program on how to run your own boot camp right here: http://www.fitnessbootcampprofits.com/jamaffiliates/jrox.php?id=1015
It looks really fun, effective and practical. I will give it a try.
Thanks
Wicked pistol
Thank Mack. Had a hard time with the pistol until I started the ‘elastic steel’ stretching program. Stupid hams and hip flexors… I know you feel my pain
