Hey Ray. I’m a 17 year old guy who wants to lose his fats. Yes I started a bit of exercising this year and I only have a bit of strength. I weighed 105kg. How am I going to loss my belly fat? And my arms fats. I’m sick of them. Please help me and give me some tips. Thank you.
Your in the right place Fitri. Keep reading, learning and applying.
Hey Ray. first off ied like to say thanks you so very much for sharing your knowage with us. i would not be where i am today if it wasnt for you. respect man. (and the newsletter is great!)
Ok this might be a bit of a weird question but its been annoying me for ages. im an 18 year old 13 stone 5 11” lad who does two sessions of cardio a week and 3 eveings of strength training.one for mass building work and two for strength work outs one plyometric and one working with weights. i still have a long way to go to get where i want but im gettin there.
So heres the question; for awhile ive been wanting to a few tattoos and i hear could mess up the desgin if i bulk up, which makes sence. so does it? and if so how much? and could you more or less advise me what to do? should i just abandon the idea?
And if ya actually read that feckin essay of a comment thanks you so very much!
I don’t actually know the correct answer on that one Tom. I have my share of tattoos from the elbow to my shoulder. Some done before my bodybuilding competitions but most after. I’ve had no problems. The only thing I can think of is that if you are extremely large when you get the tattoo and then lean out a lot, your design will contract on itself a little and may ‘smudge’ up some fine needle work. All my stuff is really bold with fair gaps inbetween so that is about all I can tell you.
As well, my tattoos are all black so I don’t have to worry about colors fading or anything like that.
Hope that helps a little.
Ah, ok thanks very much man, that did help me out a good bit!
