		<description>Your video made me laugh...I wish I could be as funny as you :-) Thanks for the workout tips, I was lifting weight and doing cardio for the past 8 years, it was addictive. But i had to end up quitting because of the budget. I can only say that once you start working out, you don&#039;t want to stop or you loose the shape.</description>
