Commando Cardio Joining Army Questions

Here is a common question I get in my email, so I’ll answer it publicly. Please Note: These are questions for commando cardio The Workout Program, not the Calgary Fitness Bootcamp.

“I am planning on joining Army Rangers, or Navy Seals, but I’m looking for the perfect workout that I can do anywhere that will build my pt score exercises up(pull-ups to 30, push-ups to 200, sit-ups to 200, and squats to 200) do you think I can reach those goals with commando cardio?

I am also looking for a workout that will build a Navy Seal type physique( low bodyfat, but pretty muscular) can the bodyweight only workout build muscle size in my biceps, triceps, traps, delts, chest, and forearms?

Also I’m looking for a workout that takes around 20 mins total to perform. How long does the commando cardio workout take to complete?

Is it a set of workouts, or is it a bunch of information that I can put in my workout, because I’m looking for something that can be done in a single workout routine, is commando cardio for me?”

My Answers:

Commando cardio is perfect anyone planning to eventually join the Army Rangers or Navy Seals and get the type of physique associated with that level of performance. It will build up your pt score quickly as that was originally where it came from, my service with the 2 PPCLI Canadian Infantry.

The workouts in the Commando program build size and strength while ripping off bodyfat if you follow my suggestions and go for the heavier and lower rep methods I show.

The workouts range from 10 minutes all the way up to just over an hour depending on the goal you are trying to obtain from the workout. Muscular endurance or massive fat burning while building muscle.

If you are looking for a set schedule of workouts that are short, intense and provide massive results that will make you faster, leaner and stronger… then commando cardio is for you.

How many workouts? : Three months worth if done in sequence. Forever if you keep switching it up.

How can bodyweight training build muscle?: Through disadvantaged leverage and single limb movements. Think gymnasts.

If anyone else has any questions, I’d be happy to answer them below.
