Alberta Gyms
Cool stuff happening on the fitness front! A bunch of us are all getting friendly on the net and working together for a change and making some great resources to help every one out.
The newest addition to the Fitness Borg assimalation is Alberta gyms.com. Here is a quote from the main page:

Pretty neat heh? These guys are great and are working hard to pump up the scene.

Just took a little tour again around the Alberta gyms website. Time to be getting some content up there I guess! So if you have something worthy for the alberta gyms website let me know at Ray@buildingbodies.ca.
THe actual alberta gym directory is located here http://albertagyms.com/gyms/index.html This covers every alberta gym listed in the resources I could find. However, if your gym is not listed here, or you want to add your website or whatever, just let me know.
