Great job Ruben :-) It takes all kind of the "right stuff" to make a change like that. Congratulations!

Great stuff all the time, Ray... About the 80% chocolate melt that Brian uses, I would suggest trying raw honey instead of Stevia...

After a year of training, I'm down 23 pounds to 208, on a 6' 01" frame... And the food intake has improved dramatically. Wife calls me a health freak, but she's a marathoner (can you imagine?).

Great work, GREAT INFO... Thanks...

I enjoy reading your web site. I feel the same about everything that you have writen. People just dont want to except the idea that its all on them. From the food they eat and to the lack of exercise. Then they wonder why they gained a pound or two. You are my hero for telling like it is. Way to go Ray.

I liked the point about the ketchup. People often obsess about the small stuff but are totally oblivious to the big picture. Another example is artificial sweeteners. Using an artificial sweetener in your coffee instead of sugar is okay -- but pretty useless if your main diet is bad!

Glad you watch my videos Al. The release date of that video (which you so kindly posted) is October 23, 2008. People change. BUT, now that I think of it... valid point. I'll go put a little caption on that video stating that I don't microwave anything anymore just out of personal preference.

Which brings up a great point. The past is not the present or the future so for everyone that feels they can't improve themselves in 2010... look at some of the subtle changes I've made to my lifestyle since being a full blown bodybuilder in 2002.

When you know better, you can do better.

your comment to Brian confuses me? You say you don't own a microwave (which in your 5 minute snack video you HAVE one) And you say you won't eat food from one yet you mic oats & water for 1 minute and add blueberries to it and EAT it?

Hi Jade, getting that lower body definition is just a matter of losing those last few percentages of bodyfat. As long as your leg training stimulates the muscles then that area is covered as far as growth is concerned.

Hi, my name is Jade, I am 25 yrs old & a regular gym goer. I have consistantly been going to the gym for over 5 years now, 3 - 4 times per week + I play indoor soccer and Touch Football every week. I am fairly happy with my overall fitness - however, would like to develop killer legs & bum! I do squats, lunges, and run, however, I feel I am not getting the definition which I want. Can you tell me a great leg session for me to do? I wonder think how do people like Demi Moore & Jessica Biel get pins like that! I look forward to hearing your suggestions, Kind regards, Jade from Australia.
