Training the abdominals with giant sets is a favourite ab technique of mine that we use alot in class. Giant sets for the abs means no break between ab exercises. You dont stop till you hit the end of the list of abdominal exercises, then you can rest for a minute!

Pulldown ab crunches 3-4x25
Decline Ab Bench Situps 3-4x100
Abdominal Leg Raise Off Bench 3-4x30
Abdominal Twists 3-4x50
Abdominal Crunches 3-4x50

Remember, no rest between abdominal exercises!
