Abdominal Workout- Giant Sets
Training the abdominals with giant sets is a favourite ab technique of mine that we use alot in class.
Giant sets for the abs means no break between ab exercises. You dont stop till you hit the end of the
list of abdominal exercises, then you can rest for a minute!
