The most pushed statement in the fitness industry today. Is it true? Maybe,
but only if youre already close to where you want to be. These adds annoy me
a bit because they can give false hope to the drastically overweight and some
people even quit because there is no instant transfiguration like the add promised.
Well its not you, its the misleading information you were given. These ads only
exist to push supplement sales. Sorry but the company is there to take your
money, thats business.
Lose 30 Pounds In 30 Days, Why Not?
The real deal is that even when absolutely everything is perfect, and that includes
diet, program and motivation, you can only lose three pounds of fat per week.
Thats all the body can physically metabolize, everything beyond that is muscle
or water. So if you do lose more than three pounds per week you will either
get a bounce back from water levels or you will be a weaker and smaller (but
still fat) version of your old self. See why the 30 pounds in 30 days people
piss me off? Its just not right. If your 50 pounds overweight be prepared to
put in 4-5 hard months work to get to your goals. Also take a look here for an

Lose 30 Pounds In 30 Days, Before And After
Well what about those before and after shots? Why dont you tell me what your
instincts say about those? Thats what I thought. Puffed bellies, no tan and
a depressed facial expression. All taken under poor light. Then magically we
have a tanned, buff, super stud that has now learned how to stand up straight.
Now there are some believable changes and those are the people that had a few
pounds to lose and just put in some genuine effort as far as diet and routine
is concerned and now they look great. To the folks that need to lose 100 pounds,
dont give up! Your not going to lose it in twelve weeks, but you will lose
it. Hard but smart work and time. Just like any worthwhile goal in life
huh?
Next time you see "Lose 30 Pounds In 30 Days", hold on to your wallet and just get to work in the gym.
