Plan For Fitness Success

Sometimes I wonder why I describe this stuff, but someone seems to always want an answer. To me and anyone else that’s driven in this life, things like this don’t need to be explained.

Think about it, “why do I have to stick to a plan?” Well gee, I don’t know. Man, come on! Because that’s the only way to get anything done. You leave the house to go to the mall and you have to make a plan how to get there. You at least make some sort of conscious effort to decide if you’re going to walk drive or bus it. Then you decide what’s the best path to get you there the quickest. See it? The tools you’re going to use and how you’re going to arrive where you want to be.

I really don’t understand people that go to the gym and assume just because they are step through the door that something is going to happen. Everything you do in the gym has a certain effect on your body, do you know what your doing? Do you know if all your hard work is going to have the desired effect? You could be training in the totally wrong style for your goals (providing you have one!).

What a waste of time! Information is power. Make a plan, use the right tools and get where you’re going the most efficient way possible. Thank you! Captain obvious will now leave the building.
