
Cardio fitness training is an important part of getting lean and losing fat. Cardio is not just for fat burning though! Being in cardiovascular shape will allow your wieght training sessions to be more intense, and intense wieght lifting sessions build muscle!
If you are not capable of pushing with max effort through a set of squats without taking five minutes to catch your breath, then its time to do some cardio!
