What to expect from our Calgary Bootcamps
We run four different 'styles' of fat burning, muscle toning Boot Camps for your "inferno fitness" pleasure. Sometimes we train for endurance, sometimes for performance power and sometimes just to see what we are capable of.
What do we do?
Ever see a fat guy or gal go into Boot Camp only to come out lean and mean a couple of months later? Its because the army knows how to get people in shape. They take you, tell you what to do and don't let you quit. This is what Commando cardio is all about. No wishy washy pump and fluff stuff here!
You know you need to work hard, and we make you. You need motivation. Ray Burton is the push that makes you move. Jump in the fire. Fat burns in the flame of desire!
Commando Cardio wants you. Its want you for results, not excuses. You want to see the world? See it from the eyes of a fit person and swallow it. Taste it. Savour it. Life rocks,and it rocks more when your in shape. If you haven't seen results, then adapt and overcome. Show up, become part of the fitness militia.

We Have Two Boot Camp Locations And Times
Edworthy Park - 6:00PM - Monday And Thursdays
We meet in the parking lot where you can see the red dot. This is Edworthy Park in SouthWest Calgary.
Just Above Eau Claire Park - 12:00PM - Monday And Thursdays - LUNCH HOUR 45 MINUTE BLAST
We've moved. The Map below need a red dot. We are at the park above the Eau Claire/memorial stairs on 2nd street SW. A new map is coming shortly.
The first day, show up for Boot Camp about 15 minutes early so that we can give you a run down of what to expect.
You will get an email from me after you sign up that will give you your username and password to the FLS Bootcamp members only website. There is no charge extra charge for this. In side there you will access to great tips, workouts, exercises and video demos that you may not have ever seen or done before.This will get you warmed up for the big day.
SWEAT- Unfortunately, no matter what the television says, there is no magic pill for fitness. You have to sweat to get true, lasting results.
What to bring with you to Boot Camp. You will need:
Shorts and sweat pants - bring enough clothes so that if the weather changes you are prepared to keep going.
Sports Sunblock - this is good to apply before you leave the house so that it can absorb before training.
Gloves - remember that we are going to be outside and we will put our hands (among other things) on the ground. If you are not comfortable with touching the ground then you will need gloves.
Dress Down - DO NOT WEAR YOUR BEST. Whatever you wear to our classes will get dirty. You will actually probably get wet and dirty depending on the day. So please make sure you wear appropriate dress and shoes.
Water Bottle - Keep the water handy. The more you drink the more fat we can burn.
