My name is Ray Burton, I'm a trainer in Calgary Alberta Canada. I'm retired Canadian Military (Army Infantry, 2nd Battalion PPCLI) and fitness instructor.
I've worked with World Health Club, Golds, Probodies, The Department of National Defense, CBC Radio, The Calgary Sun, The Globe And Mail and Rising Women Magazine.
I've been certified through the I.S.S.A, AFLCA and Crossfit. But more important than that is the fact that I have personally helped more people than I can count at this point, change their bodies so they look and feel great.
